Loans and support services
Leading the rural credit sector to make available funds for the rural population. Delivering half the rate of interest available for the BRDB loan program and providing a part of the salaried loan to the beneficiary as a savings-incentive.
Under the 9 (1) section of the newly introduced Bangladesh Rural Development Board Act, 018, there will be a fund named Rural Development Fund for the development, motivation and development of the primary cooperative society, rural development party and upazila central co-operative societies at village level. According to Section 10 (1) (a) of the law, fund will be the source of funding or the allocated budget given by the government. In that context, the government's financial support is needed to help the organizations develop as autonomous and economically sustainable drivers in their own management. In the absence of necessary funds, no work related to training is being done so that "Promotional, Motivational, Educational and Entrepreneurship Development" can not be done. In order to take progressive transfer of developmental, inclusive and educational activities related to rural development, rural development aims to take necessary steps such as distribution of debt, salaries, meetings, seminars, sports, special occasions, special promotions or prizes or award of Palli Vikas Medals. Regarding allocation of necessary funds in the fund Proposal can be sent to the car.
If the grants are allowed regularly in the Capital Capital of Sid Capital every year, the needs of the beneficiaries will be met by increasing loan demand. Long-term trade-based training for beneficiaries can also be arranged.
Promotion of District-based Commodity; One of the two products in the district.
To make UCCAs economically sustainable, arrangements for providing easy facility for marketing of agricultural commodities, power tillers, rice seeding machines, rice planting and cutting machines, and other machinery and equipment are provided. In addition, for the marketing of the products of the farmers (co-workers), local level information hubs or information services providers can be taken. Establishment of marketing under the control of the Central Cooperative Societies for the marketing of products produced by members of primary co-operative societies (mobile phones) through the creation of ICT based market linkage, arrangement of automation, electronic devices.
In the peasant co-operative societies under the BRIADB, there were 18500 deep tube-wells and 44,523 shallow tube-wells. 2,73,00 hand-operated tube-wells have been provided for small irrigation and pure water. All of these are outdated in time. Due to the use of diesel powered deep tube wells, the cost is increasing. In the deep tube wells, instead of diesel-powered machine, measures should be taken to install electric motor. Meanwhile, some deep tube-well functional changes have been made through the project. When the government adopts policy decisions, huge changes can be made in this regard by taking necessary number of projects for the use of Surface water, along with described works.
